Super Benriner No 95 Japanese Mandoline

The Benriner Japanese mandoline is a tool beloved by cooks and chefs of all skill levels. An inexpensive workhorse in the kitchen, it helps you slice, shred and julienne your produce with ease. We carry the harder to find, wider Super Benriner No 95 because it's even more useful than the original.  It's 5-inch long blade allows you to easily slice wedges of cabbage, squash and large potatoes along with the usual fruit and vegetable fare. This newly updated model has a rubber bumper at the base to keep it from slipping off your counter or cutting board and a deep notch in the bottom to help you shave and slice your produce into a bowl. If you have an older model you may seriously want to consider an upgrade.
