Red Boat Fish Sauce

Red Boat fish sauce is beloved by chefs and foodies alike for it's purity. Made in Vietnam, in the region famed for producing the world's best fish sauce it's two ingredients -  black anchovies and salt - are fermented in wooden barrels for over a year.
