Our handmade shortbread cookies. Classic and buttery this one is packed with chunks of milk chocolate tempered with bittersweet coco nibs and a hint of tonka bean. What is tonka bean? It comes from the fruit of the Brazilian teak tree and has a haunting flavour that is reminiscent of vanilla, almonds, cherries and cinnamon. It's a delicious spice and we are happy to have you discover it in our cookies. Package of 12
