Hazelnut Dukkah

Traditionally Egyptian, dukka is a crunchy mix of nuts, seeds and spices used as a topping for meat, fish, vegetables and dips. Zambonelli's Hazlenut Dukkah has the roundest flavour of the three varieties, with the toasted hazelnuts, sunflower, coriander and fennel seeds and a hit of green peppercorn all balancing each other perfectly. Would be ideal with roast chicken.  Made in Toronto. 110g jar
