Harissa is a hot chili paste commonly used in North African cooking. Made of a blend of chilis, garlic, olive oil, coriander and caraway Du Cap Bon Harissa's slightly smokey heat is ideal in dishes of roasted vegetables, chicken or shrimp or stirred into stews, hummus or dressings.
